2) What We Collect

We collect information in three main ways:

(a) information you provide,

2.3 Business contact information (B2B)

We may collect professional contact information to communicate with businesses about relevant services, including:

  • Business name, role/title, company details

  • Business email address and/or business phone number

  • Public professional profile information (e.g., business/professional social profiles)

  • B2B enrichment attributes (e.g., company size band, sector categories)

We use this type of information to support business development outreach. You can opt out of outreach at any time (see Section 10).

2.4 Meeting recordings and transcripts (where used)

We may record and transcribe meetings for note-taking, action capture, quality assurance, and delivery continuity. You may request not to be recorded for a meeting. For in-person recordings initiated by us, we obtain consent before recording.

  • Any cookie preference controls we provide on the site (where enabled)

Blocking certain cookies may impact website functionality.

4.3 Session replay and heatmaps (where enabled)

We may use session replay or heatmap tools to better understand how visitors navigate our website and to improve usability and performance. These tools may capture interaction data such as clicks, scrolling, mouse movements, and page navigation patterns. We use these tools for site improvement, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Where required, we provide or honor consent preferences and opt-out mechanisms.

5) Analytics, Advertising, and Retargeting

We use analytics and advertising tools to:

  • understand website traffic and engagement,

  • measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts,

  • improve messaging and conversion paths, and

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of “selling lists for money.” Some U.S. privacy laws define “sell” or “share” broadly to include certain advertising-related disclosures; where applicable, we provide opt-out options (see Section 10.4).

7) Cross-Border Processing

We operate in Canada and the United States and use vendors that may process or store information in multiple jurisdictions. As a result, your information may be processed or stored outside your province/state/country. We use reasonable safeguards and contractual controls intended to protect information.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond appropriately to incidents.

9) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for:

  • the purposes described in this Policy,

  • maintaining suppression lists to respect opt-outs,

  • operational continuity and recordkeeping,

  • resolving disputes, and

  • legal, tax, and regulatory compliance.

2) Testimonials

2.1 What testimonials represent

Testimonials and reviews reflect the real experiences and opinions of specific clients or individuals. They are provided for informational purposes and to illustrate the types of work we do.

2.2 Results are not guaranteed

Marketing and revenue outcomes vary significantly between organizations. Testimonials are not a promise of results, and they should not be interpreted as typical performance or guaranteed outcomes.

2.3 Factors that impact outcomes

Results depend on many factors, including:

  • budget and spend consistency

  • offer quality, pricing, and market fit

  • creative quality and messaging

  • website and funnel performance

  • timing, seasonality, and competitive conditions

  • sales process capacity and follow-up discipline

  • platform policies, auction dynamics, and account history

  • learnings, improvements, and key outcomes

3.2 Metrics and context

If a case study includes metrics (e.g., leads, conversion rates, revenue, ROAS, CAC, pipeline value), those metrics are presented within the context available at the time and may rely on:

  • the client’s systems of record (CRM/analytics)

  • attribution models used by advertising platforms

  • tracking configuration and data quality

  • time windows and reporting assumptions

Metrics can change over time and may be influenced by factors outside our control.

3.3 Forward-looking statements

Any projections, forecasts, or “expected outcomes” are estimates, not guarantees.

4) Material Connections and Transparency

4.1 Compensation or incentives

If a testimonial provider received a discount, free services, or other incentives that could influence their endorsement, we aim to disclose that fact in the testimonial context.

We may lightly edit testimonials for grammar, clarity, or length, without changing the overall meaning. We do not fabricate testimonials.

4.3 Permission and approvals

We only publish testimonials and case studies that we have permission to share. Case studies may be anonymized where required by confidentiality obligations.

Version: 1.0

1) Purpose

Some U.S. privacy laws give residents the right to opt out of:

  • targeted advertising, and/or

  • “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as those terms are defined under certain laws.

This page explains our approach and how to submit an opt-out request.

2) Our General Practice

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of selling lists for money.

However, some laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly. If advertising cookies/pixels and similar technologies are enabled, certain disclosures to advertising platforms for cross-context behavioural advertising may be considered “sharing” under those definitions.

3) How to Opt Out (Primary Method)

Option A — Email opt-out request (works across devices)

Email privacy@vividarray.com with:

  • Subject: Targeted Advertising Opt-Out

  • Your full name

  • Your state of residence

  • Your request: “Please opt me out of targeted advertising and sale/sharing where applicable.”

  • The email address you want associated with this opt-out (if applicable)

We will confirm receipt and apply reasonable operational controls.

4) How to Opt Out (Browser/Device Controls)

Even after submitting an email opt-out request, you can further reduce advertising tracking by adjusting settings on your device/browser. Examples include:

  • blocking or deleting cookies in browser settings

  • using private browsing modes

  • adjusting mobile ad privacy settings (where available)

These controls can be helpful because advertising technologies often rely on browser/device identifiers, and settings can vary across browsers and devices.

5) What Happens After You Opt Out

After you submit an opt-out request, we apply operational controls intended to reduce the use of your information for targeted advertising, which may include:

  • suppression controls in our marketing systems (where applicable)

  • restricting or excluding identifiers from audience creation/retargeting workflows where feasible

  • honouring available platform-level opt-out mechanisms where feasible

Important note: Some opt-out effects depend on platform capabilities and the browser/device you use. If you clear cookies or switch browsers/devices, you may need to reapply browser/device settings.

6) Identity Verification

We may need to verify your request. Verification typically includes confirming you have access to the email address associated with the request or your prior interactions with us.

7) Authorized Agents (Where Applicable)

If your state allows an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf, the agent must email privacy@vividarray.com and include:

  • proof of authorization (e.g., signed permission), and

  • sufficient information for us to verify your identity directly when required.
